Rules for wreck & Release

All participants MUST arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time in order to get signed in and prepped for the Wreck & Release Experience.
Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes past the beginning of their allotted time slot will forfeit their scheduled experience and will NOT be refunded.

All scheduled bookings are able to be rescheduled with 6 hours notices online or by phone.

All cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance. If you book a session less than 48 hours from the date, you are not able to cancel and receive a refund. You can reschedule or receive a credit.

B.Y.O.B - Bring Your Own Breakables

All participants MUST arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled time to sign in and have items approved & set up for their Wreck & Release B.Y.O.B Experience.

Anyone arriving more than 5 minutes past the beginning of their allotted time slot will forfeit their scheduled experience and will NOT be refunded.

Please call (910)920-3181 ahead of time if you want to check on any questionable items for approval.

If your items are not approved ahead of time and are unacceptable, you would then be given the option to fill in your time slot with another paid package minus the $20 you have already paid online or by phone.

Thursday: 12 PM - 4 PM
Friday: 1 PM - 6 PM
Saturday: 1 PM - 6 PM
Sunday: 3 PM - 7 PM
